    Neext provides AI-powered receptionist solutions that answer inbound phone calls, handle common customer inquiries, capture and qualify leads, and assist with appointment booking as described on our website. We may update or modify the Services from time to time without prior notice.

    3. Eligibility & Use

    You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

    4. User Accounts & Credentials

    If you create an account with Neext, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share access credentials, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, functionality, code, materials, and trademarks included in or made available through the Services ("Content") are the exclusive property of Neext or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content without our written permission.

    6. Payments & Fees

    If you purchase or subscribe to any paid Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policies or as required under Vermont law.

    7. Privacy & Data

    Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by Vermont law, in no event will Neext, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Neext's total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Services and delete any downloaded or saved materials obtained from the Services.

    12. Modifications to Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, you agree that any remaining dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
