We collect call metadata (time, duration, source) and caller responses (such as appointment requests, service interest and contact info) to provide the service and improve performance. We do not record or store full call recordings without explicit consent.

When you engage with chat or messaging features, we collect and store the content of those communications to respond to your requests and improve our AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our Services
• Respond to your requests, questions and support inquiries
• Process payments and fulfill orders
• Send administrative messages, updates and notices
• Improve and personalize your experience with our Services
• Analyze usage trends and performance

We may also use aggregated, anonymized information for analytics and research.

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Privacy

If you opt into our SMS messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number and any information you provide in those messages. The following statements apply to all categories of data when used for mobile messaging:

We do not share mobile information or SMS opt‑in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will only be used internally to provide and support our messaging program.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This requirement is mandated by Twilio and CTIA guidelines.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share personal data only when necessary and with safeguards in place.

Internal Use

Authorized personnel: Data is accessed only by Neext's executive leadership and authorized service providers for the purpose of delivering, supporting and improving our services. Access is granted on a need‑to‑know basis.

Third‑Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted vendors to help us manage and support our Services. These providers process personal data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to use personal information only to perform services for us and not for their own marketing. Key service providers include:

• Retell AI – Used for call transcript and recording storage. Retell AI maintains compliance with industry‑recognized standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS and SOC 2, providing secure storage and processing of call recordings and transcripts.
• OpenAI – Used for automated analysis of call transcripts to help our AI receptionist understand caller intent and improve our services. OpenAI processes transcript data under confidentiality agreements.
• Twilio (Telephony provider) – Provides the underlying infrastructure to place and receive calls and deliver SMS messages. Twilio processes call metadata, phone numbers and message content as necessary to route communications.

Legal and Safety Requirements

• Compliance with law: We may disclose personal information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• Protecting rights and safety: We may share information to protect the rights, property or safety of Neext, our customers, or others.

In accordance with CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, we will not share information obtained through SMS origination (mobile numbers or opt‑in data) with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Understand how you use our Services
• Improve performance and user experience
